Hun Sen denies buying opposition MP [Hun Sen did not buy Van Sam Oeun with his own money, but with the government's money by appointing him to a senior position within the government. This is pure corruption!]

Give our kids a better deal
PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Prime Minister Hun Sen on Tuesday denied that he used money to buy a Member of Parliament of Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), saying that it is just defamation.

The premier made comment after one of the CNRP's 55 MPs, resigned.
"Human is not good," he said during a graduation ceremony for Human Resource University.
"Why does a person is so cheap. I am not rich of money," he said.
"Please don't defame. CPP has many peoples who possess PhD. Don’t consider a person as broken wood or rotten meat when he or she no loner support you," he said.
Last week, Van Sam Oeun decided to resign from his position as CNRP's lawmaker representing Kampot province, claiming that he has no opportunity to serve the nation in accordance with his will and experience.
Following his resignation, CNRP replaced him with Dang Chamroeun, first substitute in Kampot province.
