PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party leaders Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha today claimed that they are ready to go to the court after they were summoned by the Phnom Penh Court for allegedly inciting the crimes and social unrests.
Both opposition leaders told reporters separately today that “ We are not afraid of appearing at the Court as we did not do any thing wrong”.
Sam Rainsy and Kem Sokha considered the court warrant as a threat against the opposition.
One day earlier, Keo Remy, a spokesman of the Council of Ministers, told reporters that the opposition CNRP instigated the deadly clashes, which broke out on Jan. 3, arguing that MPs (Members of the Parliament) from the opposition were seen providing food and waters to the protesters who had provoked the clashes at the Canadia Industrial Park, at the suburb of Phnom Penh, killing five people and injuring almost 40 others.

What is your problem, Mike? Are you afraid of losing money that Mr Hun Sen gives you?
This proves that they are not cowards and didn't do anything wrong. However, this is a politically motivated charge and that Hun Sen's kangaroo court will convict them regardless because they are the serious challengers to his rule.

Oh, now someone is seem to believe in UN study. Then, should be the same person belive UN's human right charter? For the same argument, shouldn't these soldiers and theirs leaders face the criminal court of justic?
Regarding to rape study itself, what is your solution? How are these rapist thaken place? What are the root cause? How are we going to build a better Khmer society so that both men and women learn to communicate, to respect each others. Let us build Khmer societ so that we all can be proude. How are we going to get there? With the current situation, there is no way to do it. It must be the other ways.
