PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) – Land in Phnom Penh costs about USD1,140 per square meter in average but the highest price can reach USD5,900, according to Land Price 2014 report of VTrust Group Co., Ltd.
The report, which was released on Monday, said the land in Chamkar Morn district’s Boeung Keng Kang I is the most expensive at USD5,900 per square meter.
The lowest asking price of the land is associated with the features, economic importance and location. For instance, the low asking price of land in Sen Sok district’s Ponhea Pon commune, which is underdeveloped and off economic important areas, is USD10 per square meter, the report said.
