waste of time and paper... they petitioned just about every body except the one who can really order the release ---hun sen himself.... foreigners are not allowed to interfere directly in another country affair....that is why the CIA of the US always has a covert -- secret , illegal --- operation in another country by using money to pay the local willing to do their work to overthrow any govt that is hostile to the US policies.
