The NEC, National Election Committee has a rule: A person has to live a district for a year to be eligible to vote. This is to prevent the tricks:
1. Move voters around to win more districts by 51% while dropping other districts to 0%.
2. Shuffle better candidates to different districts to win votes.
Enter Rainsy, after he received the royal pardon, he demanded to vote and to be a candidate. He claimed a royal pardon AUTOMATICALLY made him eligible to vote and to be a candidate.
But the question here is: Which district would he vote in and which district will he represent? He was in exile, self-imposed-exile (ran away from law actually). Clearly he cannot possibly meet any 1-year requirement set by NEC.
You can see Rainsy never respect NEC and wanted to bend the law to his favor. But fortunately, the law was not with him.
-Drgunzet- and Yung Khemara are a very cute couple who love love to eat dog meat. They keep lying that they did not eat dog meat, but of courses, they did in Hanoi several times. Also, they abused dogs and force the dogs (male and female dogs) to have sex to produce more dogs for meats in their daily life.
Oh jeez, they keep lying and lying all the time to prevent themselves and they have created the fake reports, story and history of Vietnamese. They enjoy Hun Sen and Bun Rany (Hun Sen's Yuon wife) having sex in bed, too, reminding them (-Drgunzet- and Yung Khemara) about the dog meat and dog sex in Hanoi.
