FUNCINPEC staff to receive the long delayed salary before Chinese New Year

PHNO PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Nhiek Bunchay, Secretary General of FUNCINPEC Party said yesterday that the royalist Party would pay the seven month salaries it owed to its staff before the coming Chinese New Year.

 FUNCINPEC Secretary General Nhiek Bun Chhay also said that the long delay of the payment was due to the Party’s budget limitation, adding that the Party would pay all of the staff. 

There are more than 100 staff who are working for the royalist Party. Their salary ranges from USD 60 to US D100, and the delay has started from February 2013 onwards. FUNCINPEC’s Head Quarter is located approximately more than 20 Km from Phnom Penh along national road No 6A.
