The opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) issued Tuesday
night its own results from Sunday’s national election, claiming a razor
thin victory over Prime Minister Hun Sen’s ruling CPP and calling on the
country’s long-time leader to stand down.
CNRP president Sam Rainsy claimed that his party won at least 63 of
the Assembly’s 123 seats, eight more parliamentary positions than the
CPP said the opposition had won, according to their preliminary results,
which they issued on Sunday evening.

You haven't follow the news haven't you? Wakee up and smell viet ass! The US and European are calling for a full investigation into the election irregularities. Hun sen will be done when the legitimate result of the election comes out.
2:53 pm, The observes you were talking about were not international observers. They were groups of people from mainly communist and dictatorial countries like China, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Burma, Hungary etc whose expenses were paid for by the CPP.
The real international observers like the EU, the U.S and the UN have already questioned the election process and ask the NEC to investigate the irregularities.
