ODDOR MEANCHEY (Cambodia Herald) – Three Cambodians
are missing after Thai police shot dead another two Cambodians for
illegally entering Thailand, sources said.
The sources said the incident took place Wednesday after the five entered Thailand via Prasat Khna in Samrong.
Thai police repatriated the bodies of the two victims via the Ou Sach international border crossing on Thursday, they said.The two victims were identified as Norn Thea, 29 and Chat Chim. Both were shot in the head, hand and leg.
The missing, suspected of being seriously injured, were Yin Da, 18, Loy Lai, 38 and Oun Sochea, 18.
