PRINCE William and his fiancée Kate have been sensationally snubbed by the King of Cambodia.
King Norodom Sihamoni has not replied to the couple's wedding invitation.
He is the only Royal out of dozens worldwide who has failed to respond.
Sihamoni, 57, a shaven-headed former ballet dancer and instructor, is not the first Cambodian king to snub a British royal wedding.
In 1963 his dad Sihanouk refused to attend Princess Alexandra's wedding after being told he would not get a guard of honour and could not stay at Windsor Castle.
Sihamoni, who took the throne in 2004, lived under house arrest with his dad in the 1970s while the Khmer Rouge regime murdered 1.5 million Cambodians.

IT'S the biggest social event for 30 years - and The Sun can today name hundreds of the top guests due to attend next week's glittering Royal Wedding.
We've seen the secret list of the great and good lucky enough to have bagged themselves an invitation to Friday's grand event.
It includes 388 close friends and associates invited by groom Prince William, 28, and his bride-to-be Kate Middleton.

This British DUNCAN LARCOMBE is a bunch of hatred crab. For no reason, he dare to destroy our below King Sihamoni of Cambodia. Our King have no interest in this guy. We respect the British wedding and wish them all well. But this guy, DUNCAN LARCOMBE, look down on our King Sihamoni of Cambodia.
Maybe the palace official or the Cambodian government who received the invitation did not inform King Sihamoni. I don't see any reason why King Sihamoni would want to decline to attend this very important occasion.
King wedding should invite king and queen but this British grandson of queen's British should invite the princess or prince of Cambodia that equal playing field. British did not understand the protocol.
