Cambodia´s real estate market is experiencing a boom. In response to this, Whale Event Management, a member of Whale Group, is organising Cambodia´s first-ever property expo over three days in Phnom Penh, starting 3rd October 2008.
The expo is expected to focus on city developers, agents and consultants initially, with a maximum of 31 booths available. The expo will be held at Phnom Penh´s Mondial Center.
Some have said there needs to be more time to promote the expo, and that the exhibition prices are too high. It remains to be seen how successful the expo will be, but with the number of new international developers and agents eyeing the Cambodian market, it´s only a matter of time before the boom spreads to the satellite cities and destinations throughout Cambodia.

Thanks for the info. I hope the expo can attract law-abiding investors, not the crooked ones from korea and china. the investors you mentioned above seem to be honest investors. these kinds of investors should be encouraged to invest with incentives from the govt. because they are from a reputable country and a reputable company. i hope raptorenergy.com is a reputable company.
