នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីការចុះឈ្មោះ ដើម្បីរៀបចំបញ្ជីបោះឆ្នោតថ្មីនៅព្រឹកនេះ លោក សោម សូរីដា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងគ ជ ប ថ្លែងថា ជនបរទេសដែលមានសញ្ជាតិខ្មែរ មានអត្តសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណខ្មែរគឺអាចចុះឈ្មោះ និង បោះឆ្នោតបានហើយទោះមិន ចេះភាសា ខ្មែរក៏ ដោយ។
ការបោះឆ្នោតអាណត្តិទី៥ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ គណបក្សប្រឆាំង និង មន្ត្រីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ធ្វើការងារលើកិច្ចការបោះឆ្នោតលើកឡើងថា មានប្រក្រតីជាច្រើនដូចជា បញ្ហាទឹកថ្នាំជ្រលក់ ដៃលប់ជ្រះ បញ្ជីឈ្មោះហើមប៉ោង ហើយក៏មានជនជាតិវៀតណាមចូលបោះឆ្នោតដែរ។ មណ្ឌលបោះឆ្នោតមួយ ចំនួនដូចជា នៅស្ទឹង មានជ័យ នៅក្រុងតាខ្មៅ និង នៅស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្តកណ្តាល បានបិទមុនម៉ោងកំណត់ ដោយសារមានពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរចេញមុខរារាំងពលរដ្ឋវៀត ណាមមិនឲ្យបោះឆ្នោត ហើយកើតជម្លោះ តាមតឹងឡើង។

Animal regime allow everything to vote, if they can win the election . If you can not speak Khmer you are not officially a Khmer citizen .And animal, if they are not Khmer citizen ,how they can have full documentation as a voter ,all of these documentation obtained from bribery ,buying or secret offered by this beast government ?. Then this individual don't have any right to vote in Khmer constitution law period .
