School of Vice: This latest border installment seems to raise more questions [- intractable, some might argue as long as the relevant debate is conducted in a climate of intimidation and threat of arrest meant to force certain unverified details and information down the throats of government critics and the public alike -] than concrete answers or satisfactory consensus. For instance, it has been pointed out by Sok Touch as well as other government officials that the decision to plant any border marker on the ground cannot be done unless both parties - Cambodia and Vietnam - 'are in agreement'. Yet, the suspicion in many a thinking person's mind - backed by what he or she could read of the history between the two nations from, perhaps, even before the advent of the colonial era is that Vietnam has always found a way to achieve her goals and objectives at Cambodia's grievous expense, whether it's to do with inundating the Mekong delta [Chochin China] with Vietnamese farming settlements by default or design [reminiscent of the on-going 99 years ELCs], casting spells on the colonial French to favour her in any territorial dispute and settlement with Cambodia; using Cambodian territories as launchpads and sanctuaries [such as the jungle arms supply route that became known as the Ho Chi Minh Trial] in the war with the South and the US.
Along with the induction of illiterate Cambodian peasants and, some educated anti-Cambodian regime dissidents among them, into the Vietnam-dominated communist movement, these activities had led to complete disintegration of Cambodia's independence [if there was any following the end of the colonial rule in 1953] and plunged the small country headlong into unimaginable, unmitigated destruction and 'genocide'; a war that her people neither desired nor comprehended.
Thanks also to this imposed legacy and proxy undercurrents in the two countries' relations, we now witness much the same pattern of arrangements wherein one party pretends to treat the other as 'equal' whilst the other is in no position to exercise, defend or advance interests of its own [whether it really wants to or not] other than submitting slavishly to the demands and impositions or "requests" of the former - notwithstanding the obvious smokescreens and heated insincere rhetoric coming from the Phnom Penh regime and its vociferous spokespersons, many of whom had received their education and training in Vietnam!

After a long seat down and listening all the claim for credit from the 3 different points of view by the camp of Khmer people ,the camp of Khmer more independent and a Khmer fanatic lean to communist bur declare neutral, I have and an unfinished repercussion to said . all of you except Mr communist lean methodology Mr ok Touch ( some of the cronies regime give him a title as Krou Kriev Srouk )have raise voice insanely to protect the legitimacy of the government map . The independent mind have a reason to a good sense of solution and a doubt of government maneuver the situation and the congress man of the opposition party side with the fact of the past posture in the stupid Sihanouk era . Who is right and who is wrong we Khmer don't know yet, but to force all of us to stay mum under tread and menace is and absolute uncertainty . To said my father is not really my father and Yuon who i know violate and intrude my house every day as my real father, i will not accept and will not stay silent even the intimidation from dictator is real . Even the sky fall in our head we may silent from outside look but the inside heart still boiling like a volcano on the way to erupt at any moment to come. Please The pressure from using fascist iron hand or third hand brutal gangster doesn't sustain and keep away our suspicion of your embed with your patron, soon this fear in mind some day it will turn to be a vicious revenge . the menace will become a courage to fight back and Khmer dignity an virtue will turn to be patriotic sentiment and dire protecting of our home sweet home .
