PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- The Ministry of Justice plans to create Court of Appeals in seven provinces to help citizens reduce their expanses, an official said Thursday.
The Ministry of Justice will soon first create Court of Appeal in Tbong Khmum, Battambong and Preah Sihanouk provinces to help resolve and speed up complaints filed by the citizens, and the ministry will create more Court of Appeal depending on human resources and finance, said the ministry spokesman Chin Malin.
"In the future, the ministry will create Court of Appeals in seven regions in order to provide convenience to citizens wanting to appeal," he said, adding that not only citizens in those provinces, those around can also appeal.
The plan was revealed when the National Assembly's commission on legislation and justice led by CPP lawmaker Pen Panha questioned Ang Vong Vathana, Justice Minister, this morning over the ministry plan for future judicial system.

To create an appear court in some provinces is the right decision, it supposed to be like that for a long time ago,in reality is what the court should do to solve the problem . It is not necessary to created the same failure mechanism, so far the blind eyes of control systematic corrupt, inept of the court official is rampant and become a socially unstoppable . Fron the highest echelon to the lowest employees the respect of duties is in vane the virtue the spirit of serving Khmer people of solving the problem does not existed any more . Your administration can create thousands more court every where, but the result is still the same because your judges serve money not justice, serve the powerful, the rich, but not the poor and under privileges . Your kingdom is lax of justice enforcement, but plenty of dictators process .
