PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Finland will continue to help Cambodia in all sectors in order to contribute to Cambodian development, Finland's Foreign Minister, Erkki Tuomioja said Wednesday during a meeting with Prime Minister Hun Sen.
Ieng Sophallet, Hun Sen's personal assistant, told reporters that Erkki said that his visit to Cambodia was to further boost relationship between the two countries.
Hun sen told Erkki that Cambodia has goals in order to boost economic growth at least seven percent a year for long term, and reduce poverty rate at least one percent a year, and reform public finance and court sectors as well as anti-corruption activities.

for what? So they can kill more people or use the courts to crackdown on opponents. wake up .don't turn blind eyes on Khmer people anymore because we have suffered enough. If you help reaches people that is fine. Those working for Hun sen have a tendency to corrupt because it is in their blood, just like hun sen does. I hope the fin's govt has a decent high moral ground to implement its foreign policy . Don't ever under estimate this dictator if you are a conscientious person.
