A group of monks yesterday accused ruling party lawmaker Chheang Vun of insulting them and bringing beer into a pagoda, but their demands for an apology and 25 cents in compensation were quickly rejected.
In a press conference yesterday, Thong Narith, president of the Independent Monk Network for Social Justice (IMNSJ), said that the incidents took place on Monday when Vun came to Chroy Changvar commune’s Old Pagoda to visit boat racers and land dispute victims.
“He used words to offend the monks, and said the monks had to take off their robes if they wanted to be involved in [seeking a resolution to] the land disputes,” Narith claimed, adding that Vun purchased beer for the racers to drink in the pagoda.
IMNSJ founder But Buntenh said if Vun did not apologise and pay the compensation, the IMNSJ would file a petition to the National Assembly and Prime Minister Hun Sen. “I will arrange for monks to arrest [him] to make him apologise,” he said.
Vun said yesterday that an apology was not in the cards.
“If I am lying and did threaten the monks to take off their robes, let me go to hell. But if I did not and the monks [wrongly] accuse me, let their sins be known … and we can discuss [this] at the National Assembly.”

ករណីជម្លោះពាក្យសម្តីរវាងលោក ឈាង វុន ជាមួយសមាជិកបណ្តាញព្រះសង្ឃឯករាជ្យកាលពីថ្ងៃ៣ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ធ្វើឲ្យព្រះសង្ឃធ្វើសន្និសីទនៅថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ដើម្បីទាមទារឲ្យ លោក ឈាង វុន ចេញមុខសុំទោសជាសាធារណៈចំពោះរឿងដែលព្រះសង្ឃចោទថា ជាការប្រមាថព្រះសង្ឃ និងទិញស្រាឲ្យកីឡាករទូកងដែលមកអុំទូកផឹកក្នុងវត្ត។ បណ្តាញព្រះសង្ឃឯករាជ្យក៏ព្រមានធ្វើបាតុកម្ម នៅក្រោយថ្ងៃបុណ្យអុំទូក បើលោក ឈាង វុន មិនចេញមុខសុំទោសជាសាធារណៈនោះ។
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ លោក ឈាង វុន ធ្លាប់មានជម្លោះពាក្យសម្តីនៅក្នុងសភាជាតិជាមួយលោក កឹម សុខា និងលោក សុន ឆ័យ។ ពេលនោះលោក ឈាង វុន បានប្រៀបប្រដូចតំណាងរាស្ត្រមកពីគណបក្សប្រឆាំងថាជាមនុស្សព្នង ព្រៃផ្សៃ។ ប៉ុន្តែសំដីលោក ឈាង វុន ធ្វើឲ្យជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចព្នងនៅខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី ប្រតិកម្មភ្លាមៗថា លោកបានមើលងាយដល់ប្រពៃណី ទំនៀមទម្លាប់ និងជំនឿសាសនារបស់ពួកគេ និងទាមទារឲ្យត្រូវសុំទោសជាសាធារណៈ ហើយលោក ឈាង វុន ក៏ព្រមចេញមុខសុំទោសផងដែរ៕

Don't you know that ah Phnorng Vun earned his MASTER DEGREE for insulting Khmers in generals? The world known ah Phnorng Vun as a real Cpp's thug has two jobs to fulfill;
1) helping Cpp to destroy khmer's land for Hanoi and keep his position as a mouth piece of Cpp!
2) helping Hanoi to destroy Khmers' natural resources and still keep his position as a real thug of Hanoi and Cpp earns money both directions!
3) earned PhD for INSULTING all Khmers as " Phnorng" from Australia to France to Rottanakiri residents just the name a few!
Conclusion is; Ah Phnorng was so childish inferior,infantile needs to wear diaper to fit his characteristic as toddler who just learn how to talks!...Don't even dream that ah Phnorng Vun apologies,won't be happening,ah lop Vun is too elusive smart mouth with lopster's brain under his skull...!

I cannot figure out a way to stop the Khmer people giving, feeding these fake, fat monks. They should give and feed the poors and destitute beggars on the streets instead.
