PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni appointed Pen Siman, former Director General of General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, as Prime Minister Hun Sen's personal adviser, according to a royal decree.
The appointment came after the King ordered Pen Siman to retire on September 29, 2014.
Kun Nhem, Deputy Director General, replaced Pen Siman, according the decree obtained Tuesday by The Cambodia Herald.
