King appoints former custom director as Hun Sen's personal adviser [He is super-corrupt, but he is a Hun Sen's boy]

Pen Siman is appointed by King as Hun Sen's personal adviser.

PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni appointed Pen Siman, former Director General of General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, as Prime Minister Hun Sen's personal adviser, according to a royal decree. 


The appointment came after the King ordered Pen Siman to retire on September 29, 2014. 


Kun Nhem, Deputy Director General, replaced Pen Siman, according the decree obtained Tuesday by The Cambodia Herald.
