This little boy's head is bleeding because his brother-in-law hit him with his mobile phone. According to the audio in this video, the boy and his little sister work as domestic helpers at his sister's house in Phnom Penh. It's unknown what causes his brother-in-law to hit him on the head with a mobile that causes it to bleed. Authority should punish the brother-in-law accordingly.
