Pung Chiv Kek's conditions on acceptance of her nomination:
1. The NEC must be independent
2.. Members of the NEC must have immunity from prosecution
3. The NEC must have full powers of appointments and decision-making
4. The NEC must have its own independent budget.

If you are good and doing by the law then why is she asking for immunity? To me this sound fishy.
