We have no hope of getting these provinces back. We can only wish that China inflict pains (encroach) on Vietnam the way Vietnam did to Cambodia so Vietnam can taste what it's like to be the victim.

Look at Chinese Khmer in Cambodia, they have already taken many important roles - China want to annex Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. China is not to be trusted also.
The only way to claim those provinces back is Khmer government. I don't think other countries would care our problems. Khmer have to fight for ourselves. If you ask China to help us, in return you have to give China back with something valuable just like ah qwak Hun Sen ask the Vietnamese to help him to stay in power. We need to stop relying on foreigners too much.
