Phnom Pen authority forces the 400 family to return home even the land was consficated and their homes were burned down

Phnom Penh's Deputy Governor Khuon Sreng: "Their (the evictees') stay in Phnom Penh is illegal" (What law and which article of the law that says people can't come to stay in Phnom Penh?)

He also said: "We do not send them back, but we are inviting them to go back". (What bullshit is this!)
