What would the fbi do to hun sen? Isn't it out of their jurisdiction? The abused was taken place in cambodia, on Cambodia soil under the rule of laws of hun sen!

how can an american citizen be running for political office in another country ? the US law prohibits such involvement ... this does not make sense....and the poster above is correct FBI can't do crap... unless that american is employed by the US embassy --- then he is still protected by the US gov and thus US gov responsibility to protect him.
