អាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៤ បានរឹបអូសយកសៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍ខ្មែរជាង ៣០ក្បាល ពីពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរក្រោមម្នាក់ នៅខេត្តព្រះត្រពាំង ឬវៀតណាម ហៅថា ខេត្តត្រាវិញ។ ពលរដ្ឋរូបនេះ គឺជាអ្នករៀបរៀងសៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍ ហើយត្រូវបានព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរក្រោមនៅប្រទេសថៃ ជួយយកទៅបោះពុម្ព។ The Vietnamese authority on 13th Feb. 2014 has confiscated 30 Khmer grammar textbooks from the Khmer Krom living in Preah Tropeang (Tra Vinh) in southern Vietnam.. The books were printed in Thailand but were sent to Khmer Krom living in Vietnam.
ក្រោយមក បានបញ្ជូនសៀវភៅមួយចំនួនមកកម្ពុជាក្រោមវិញ ដើម្បីប្រគល់ឲ្យម្ចាស់រៀបរៀង។ ការរឹបអូសនេះ អាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម អះអាងថា ម្ចាស់រៀបរៀងមិនបានសុំច្បាប់អនុញ្ញាតបោះពុម្ពពីអាជ្ញាធរជាមុន។ The Vietnamese authority said the Khmer textbooks were printed illegally.
សៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍ខ្មែរដែលមានចំណងជើងថា វេយ្យាករណ៍ខ្មែរសង្គ្រោះ ត្រូវបានអាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម រឹបអូស បន្ទាប់ពីសៀវភៅទាំងនេះត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនពីប្រទេសថៃ ទៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម ដើម្បីចែកចាយជាធម្មទានដល់គ្រូបង្រៀនអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ និងប្រគេនព្រះសង្ឃ ដើម្បីតម្កល់ទុកជាឯកសារអក្សរសាស្ត្រនៅតាមវត្តអារាមមួយចំនួននៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម។
ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរក្រោមឈ្មោះ ថាច់ ឯក អាយុ ៦០ឆ្នាំ សព្វថ្ងៃប្រកបរបរជាកសិករ និងជាគ្រូបង្រៀនអក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរដល់ព្រះសង្ឃ នៅភូមិសំណឹងធំ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្ពាន ខេត្តព្រះត្រពាំង ឬវៀតណាម ហៅថា ភូមិបាមី ឃុំហ្វាអឹង ស្រុកកូវកែ ខេត្តត្រាវិញ និងជាអ្នករៀបរៀងសៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍ខ្មែរសង្គ្រោះ ផងនោះ។ លោកបានឲ្យដឹងនៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ កុម្ភៈ ថា ព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរក្រោមនៅប្រទេសថៃ បានផ្ញើសៀវភៅឲ្យលោកចំនួន ៣៧ក្បាល។A 60 year-old Khmer Krom named Thach Ek, who is a farmer and a teacher of Khmer literature to Khmer Krom Buddhist monks in Preah Tropeang (Tra Vinh) province, is the author of that textbook. He said khmer Krom Buddhist monks studying in Thailand sent 37 copies of the textbooks to him.
ក្រោយមក លោកបានយកសៀវភៅនោះទៅប្រគេនព្រះសង្ឃក្នុងស្រុកចំនួន ២ក្បាល ឲ្យមិត្តភ័ក្ដិ១ក្បាល និងបោះក្នុងរណ្ដៅសីមា១ក្បាល ហើយនៅសល់ ៣៣ក្បាលទៀត លោកមានបំណងធ្វើបុណ្យឆ្លង មុននឹងលោកយកសៀវភៅទាំងអស់នោះទៅធ្វើជាធម្មទាន ប្រគេនព្រះសង្ឃ ដើម្បីតម្កល់ទុកតាមវត្តមួយចំនួន ក្នុងខេត្តព្រះត្រពាំង។ He said he wanted to distribute those Khmer textbooks to the Khmer Krom Buddhist monks in Vietnam.
តែលោកថា សៀវភៅទាំងអស់នោះត្រូវអាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម រឹបអូសយកអស់ទៅហើយ៖ «អ្នកដែលមករឹបអូសនោះ គឺមានក្រុមសន្តិសុខភូមិភាគ ៤នាក់ នគរបាលខេត្ត ២នាក់ នគរបាលស្រុក ២នាក់ គេមកកំណត់ហេតុ ប៉ុន្តែនៅពេលដែលគេមកកំណត់ហេតុ គេសុំតែមួយទេ គេទាមទារយក ខ្ញុំមិនឲ្យ ក៏គេមិនហ៊ានយកដែរ។ ហើយនៅពេលស្អែក គេនាំសន្តិសុខខេត្តម្នាក់យកខាងក្រសួងសិក្សាធិការ ស្រុក ២នាក់ ជាមួយអនុប្រធាននគរបាលឃុំម្នាក់ អនុប្រធាននគរបាលភូមិម្នាក់ ដើម្បីសុំសៀវភៅខ្ញុំយកទៅ គេនិយាយថា គេយកទៅទុកដាក់ជាបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន ព្រោះថា សៀវភៅដែលមិនបានសម្រេចដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាល មិនទាន់ពិនិត្យមិនទាន់មានសិទ្ធិចែកចាយ ពេលណាដែលគេយកទៅពិនិត្យឃើញថា សៀវភៅយើងយកទៅប្រើប្រាស់បាន គេនឹងធ្វើលិខិតទទួលស្គាល់ ដើម្បីឲ្យយើងមកប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការ»។ He said all the textbooks have all been confiscated. "The people who came to confiscate those books were 4 regional policemen, 2 district policemen. They came to write a report but when they came to write a report they asked to see only one book, but I refused and they dared not take it. The next day, a provincial security guard brought 2 Education Department officials and one deputy district police officer. they asked to take the books away temporarily because all the books have not been checked and approve by the government so they cannot be distributed. after the checked them and approved them they will return those books for official used", he said.
ទោះជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ លោក ថាច់ ឯក អះអាងថា អាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម មិនបាននិយាយគំរាមលោក ឬថាពួកគេនឹងចាត់វិធានការយ៉ាងណាចំពោះរូបលោកនោះទេ។ ប៉ុន្តែ ពួកគេនិយាយថា អ្វីដែលលោកបានធ្វើ គឺបានរំលោភច្បាប់របស់វៀតណាម ដែលថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យបោះពុម្ពសៀវភៅ ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវឆ្លងកាត់ការត្រួតពិនិត្យរបស់រដ្ឋជាមុនសិន។ អាជ្ញាធរក៏បានប្រាប់លោកថា បើសៀវភៅទាំងអស់នោះត្រូវបានបោះពុម្ពនៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម វាគ្រាន់បើជាងបោះពុម្ពនៅប្រទេសថៃ។ Mr. Thach Ek said the Vietnamese authority did not threaten him or that they will prosecute me. However, they said what I've done violated the Vietnamese laws which requirement government approval for all the book publications. They said it is better for those books to be printed in Vietnam rather than in Thailand.
លោក ថាច់ ឯក៖ «គេគ្រាន់តែបញ្ជាក់យើងចុះឡើងៗថា ពូកុំភ័យគ្មានរឿងអីទាំងអស់ហ្នឹង ខ្ញុំគ្រាន់តែចង់សុំសៀវភៅហ្នឹងយកទៅត្រួតពិនិត្យ ដើម្បីដឹងថា ពូរៀបចំហ្នឹងមានអ្នកដទៃគេបញ្ចូលភាសាគេដែរឬទេ ខ្ញុំថា គ្មានទេ។ លោកបន្ថែមមួយឃ្លាពីរដែរ ប៉ុន្តែក្នុងន័យវេយ្យាករណ៍ដូចគ្នា មិនមែនក្នុងន័យនយោបាយទេ បើសិនជាមានទាក់ទងនយោបាយក្នុងហ្នឹង ទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះមុខច្បាប់»។ Mr. Thach Ek said: "They only confirm again and again that I shouldn't worry, nothing will happen. We just take the books for checking just to confirm that on one has included their language in the books. I said no. Someone had included a few sentences in the books but only to correct the grammar only, there is no political message in the books. If there is any political message I am responsible before the laws".
លោក ថាច់ ឯក ដែលធ្លាប់បួសជាសង្ឃ ហើយបានឡើងមកបន្តការសិក្សានៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ ក្នុងសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម លោកត្រូវបានចាប់ផ្សឹកបញ្ជូនឲ្យទៅរស់នៅខេត្តព្រៃវែង។ លោកបានវិលត្រឡប់ទៅកម្ពុជាក្រោមវិញនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៨០ ហើយបន្តរស់នៅស្រុកកំណើតរបស់ខ្លួនរហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃ។ លោកថ្លែងថា លោកបានចាប់ផ្ដើមរៀបរៀងសៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍ខ្មែរសង្រ្គោះ តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០៥ ហើយបានចប់សព្វគ្រប់នៅឆ្នាំ២០០៩។ លោកថា បន្ទាប់ពីរៀបរៀងរួចរាល់ហើយ លោកបានទូលព្រះតេជព្រះគុណ មេគណស្រុកថា លោកមានបំណងបោះពុម្ពចេញជាសៀវភៅ។
ព្រះតេជព្រះគុណមេគណ ក៏បានផ្តល់យោបល់ឲ្យលោកធ្វើការបោះពុម្ព។ ក្រោយមក លោក ថាច់ ឯក បានព្យាយាមរកឲ្យគេជួយបោះពុម្ព ប៉ុន្តែលោកថា ដោយសារពុំសូវមានអ្នកចេះវាយពុម្ពអក្សរខ្មែរ និងកង្វះបច្ចេកទេសផងនោះ ហើយម្យ៉ាងលោកខ្លាចឯកសារដែលលោកខិតខំរៀបរៀងនោះត្រូវខូចខាតដោយសារសត្វល្អិតបំផ្លាញ លោកក៏បានឲ្យព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរក្រោមដែលនិមន្តទៅសិក្សានៅប្រទេសថៃ ជួយយកឯកសាររបស់លោកវាយបោះពុម្ពជាសៀវភៅនៅទីនោះតែម្តង និងបានបោះពុម្ពចប់សព្វគ្រប់នៅចុងឆ្នាំ២០១៣។ លោក ថាច់ ឯក ថា លោកមិននឹកស្មានថា ក្រោយពីសៀវភៅរបស់លោកត្រូវបានបោះពុម្ពរួច អាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម មករឹបអូសយកសៀវភៅលោកដូច្នេះសោះ។
ព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរក្រោម ព្រះនាម ថាច់ ចន្ទតារា ដែលជាអ្នកវាយបោះពុម្ពសៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍ខ្មែរសង្គ្រោះ បានមានថេរដីកាពីប្រទេសថៃ ថា ព្រះតេជព្រះគុណបានបោះពុម្ពសៀវភៅទាំងអស់ចំនួន ៣០០ក្បាល តែព្រះអង្គបានផ្ញើឲ្យ លោក ថាច់ ឯក ខ្លះសិន រហូតដល់ពេលដែលព្រះតេជព្រះគុណនិមន្តទៅស្រុកក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរខាងមុខ ព្រះតេជព្រះគុណនឹងនាំយកទៅទាំងអស់តែម្តង ដើម្បីចែកចាយជាធម្មទាន។ ព្រះតេជព្រះគុណ តារា ថា ព្រះអង្គនៅតែយកសៀវភៅទាំងអស់នេះទៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម បើទោះជាពេលនេះព្រះអង្គបានដឹងថា អាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម បានរឹបអូសយកក៏ដោយ។ A Khmer Krom monk named Thach Chandara, who typed the book manuscript, said he had published 300 copies of this book. He said when he returned to visit Kampuchea Krom during the upcoming Khmer New Year in April, he will bring all the books with him to distribute to the monks for studies. He will still bring the books to Vietnam despite knowing that the Vietnamese had confiscated these books now.
ព្រះតេជព្រះគុណ ថាច់ ចន្ទតារា៖ «អាត្មាភាពគង់តែយកទៅដល់ចំណែកថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលគេរឹបយកហ្នឹង អាត្មាភាពមានវិធានការយ៉ាងណា អាត្មាភាព គឺមុនដំបូងប្រហែលជាមិនឲ្យដោយងាយៗដែរ មកពីអាត្មាភាពក៏ចង់សួរឲ្យជាក់ច្បាស់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលចេញច្បាប់ហើយ តើរដ្ឋាភិបាលមានគោរពសិទ្ធិរបស់ជនជាតិដើមដែរឬទេ? បើរដ្ឋាភិបាលគោរពសិទ្ធិរដ្ឋាភិបាល មិនគួររឹបយកទេ ប៉ុន្តែបើរដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រើកម្លាំង ដើម្បីមករឹបយកអាត្មាភាព ប្រហែលជាអង្គឯងហ្នឹងក៏ធ្វើអីមិនបានដែរ បើគេយកៗចុះ»។ Ven. Thach Chandara said: "I will bring the books to distribute and if the government confiscate them I will have my own measures, that is i won't easily give the books to them. I will ask them that "before the government makes the laws, did they respect the rights of the indigenous people?" If the government respects the rights of the indigenous people, the government should not confiscate these books. But if the government uses forces to confiscate my books, may be I can't resist because I'm alone, so if they wanted to takes the books, just let them take them".
ប្រធានសហគមន៍ខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម លោក ថាច់ សេដ្ឋា បានមានប្រសាសន៍នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ កុម្ភៈ ថា វាគឺជាចរិតរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម តាំងពីដើមមក ដែលតែងត្រួតពិនិត្យកម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់ព្រះសង្ឃខ្មែរ។ លោកថា នេះគឺជាគោលដៅរបស់វៀតណាម ក្នុងការបំបាត់នូវឫសគល់អក្សរសាស្ត្រខ្មែរនៅកម្ពុជាក្រោម។ លោកថា វៀតណាម មិនបានឲ្យខ្មែររៀនសូត្រអក្សរសាស្ត្រជាតិរបស់ខ្លួនបានទូលំទូលាយនោះទេ គឺបានត្រឹមតែចេះអាន និងចេះសរសេរបន្តិចបន្តួចប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ Mr. Thach setha, a Khmer Krom himself and president of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Association in Cambodia, said on 28 Feb. that the this always the behaviour of the Vietnamese government that always wanted to control the education of the Khmer Krom monks. He said the aim of the Vietnamese government is to eliminate the roots of Khmer literature in Kampuchea Krom. He said the Vietnamese government did not allow Khmer Krom to studyKhmer literature widely. Only allow them to study on how to read and write basic Khmer language.
លោក ថាច់ សេដ្ឋា៖ «គេមិនអាចឲ្យរៀនសូត្រអ្វីខុសពីមាគ៌ារបស់គេទេ សូម្បីតែសៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍បាលី វាមិនចេះអានមិនចេះមើល ក៏វាយកទៅត្រួតពិនិត្យ ដើម្បីស្រាវជ្រាវអ៊ីចឹងដែរ អ៊ីចឹងមានន័យថា ជាចេតនាមួយគេមិនចង់ឲ្យខ្មែរយើងនៅខាងហ្នឹង ព្រះសង្ឃលោករៀនអីក្រៅពីការណែនាំពីមាគ៌ាក្រោមបញ្ជាបង្គាប់របស់គេទេ ហើយអ្វីដែលយើងឃើញច្បាស់ហើយ បង្ហាញពីសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពក្នុងការសិក្សារៀនសូត្រហ្នឹង គឺវាមិនអាចមានសិទ្ធិសិក្សារៀនសូត្រដូចអ្វីដែលខាងយួន លើកឡើងទេ គឺឃើញច្បាស់ហើយ អានេះជាគំនាបមួយយ៉ាងតឹងតែងបំផុត ដែលយើងមិនអាចរៀនសូត្រដោយសេរីបាន»។ Mr. Thach Setha said: "They did not allow (us) to study what is not in their policies, even a Pali textbook which they cannot read they still confiscate them to investigate us, so it's their intention to not allow Khmer monks study anything other than what stated in their policies. And what we've seen clearly shows about the freedom of education has been restricted by the Vietnamese authority. We've seen clearly. This is the strongest pressure that make us unable to study freely".
កន្លងមក អង្គការសមាគមខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមនៅកម្ពុជា តែងតវ៉ាទាមទារឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម គោរពសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពរបស់ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរក្រោម និងគោរពសិទ្ធិជនជាតិដើមរបស់ពួកគេ។ ក្នុងនោះក៏មានសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពក្នុងសិក្សាអក្សរសាស្ត្រជាតិរបស់ខ្លួន និងទាមទារឲ្យមានសាលាភាសាខ្មែរជាដើម។
អ្នកនាំពាក្យស្ថានទូតវៀតណាម ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា លោក ត្រឹង វ៉ាំងថុង (Tran Van Thong) បានថ្លែងនៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ កុម្ភៈ ថា លោកមិនបានដឹងអំពីការរឹបអូសសៀវភៅពីពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរក្រោមឡើយ។ ប៉ុន្តែលោកថា នៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម អ្នកដែលមានបំណងបោះពុម្ពសៀវភៅ ត្រូវសុំច្បាប់អាជ្ញាធរជាមុនសិន ហើយថា ការចរាចរឯកសារទាំងឡាយក៏ត្រូវមានការពិនិត្យដូចគ្នា។ លោកថា ប្រសិនបើរកឃើញថា ឯកសារណាមួយមានខ្លឹមសារដែលខុសពីច្បាប់វៀតណាម អាជ្ញាធរត្រូវមានវិធានការតាមច្បាប់។ Mr. Tran Van Thong, a Vietnamese embassy spokesman, said he doesn't know about the confiscations of these books, but said in Vietnam whoever wanted to publish any books must apply for prior permission and go through government checking first. Any documents that violate the Vietnamese laws will be dealt according to the laws.
លោក ត្រឹង វ៉ាំងថុង៖ «និយាយរួមទៅ គឺនៅវៀតណាម អ៊ីចឹង ដូចខ្ញុំជនជាតិវៀតណាម ខ្ញុំចង់សរសេរសៀវភៅមួយ ខ្ញុំចង់បោះពុម្ពផ្សាយ ខ្ញុំត្រូវសុំច្បាប់ ហើយដល់ពេលគេមានចេញ អាហ្នឹងហើយបានបោះពុម្ពបាន។ ពីបញ្ហាហ្នឹង ខ្ញុំសូមជម្រាបជូននៅវៀតណាម មាន ៥៤ជនជាតិ ហើយ ៥៤ជនជាតិហ្នឹង គឺមានសិទ្ធិស្មើគ្នាទេ គេស្មើភាពចំពោះច្បាប់ទាំងអស់ ទាំងអស់គ្នាមានការប្រកាន់ជនជាតិភាគតិច ឬជនជាតិដើមហ្នឹង ជាការមួលបង្កាច់ទេ ជាការប្រឌិតទៀត ព្រោះពួកម៉ាកខ្ញុំគាត់ជាជនជាតិភាគតិច ភាគច្រើនគាត់ចង់បោះពុម្ពសៀវភៅ គាត់ត្រូវសុំច្បាប់ដែរ»។ Mr. Tran Van Thong said: "In short, in Vietnam it's like that. Like I am a Vietnamese citizen, if I want to write any books or publish any books I must apply for the permission. And after the permission was given then I can publish the books. About that issue, I must tell you that in Vietnam there are 54 ethnic groups and all the 54 ethnic groups have equal rights, they are all equal before the laws. There is no discrimination against the minority or the indigenous groups. This is a twisting, a fabrication because my friend is from the minority group or the majority group and if they wanted to publish the books they must also apply for the permission".
នាយកប្រតិបត្តិអង្គការការពារសិទ្ធិជនជាតិភាគតិច លោក អាង ច័ន្ទឫទ្ធិ បានកត់សម្គាល់ថា ការរឹបអូសសៀវភៅវេយ្យាករណ៍ខ្មែរនេះ គឺជាការរំលោភលើសិទ្ធិពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរក្រោម។ លោកថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម មិនគួរធ្វើសកម្មភាពដូចនេះទេ បើរដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម អះអាងថា ខ្លួនជាប្រទេសមួយដែលធានានូវការគោរពសិទ្ធិជនជាតិភាគតិច និងជនជាតិដើមនោះ។ លោកថា ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ រដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម គួរតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងលើកស្ទួយឲ្យមានការរក្សាភាសាកំណើតរបស់ជនជាតិភាគតិច និងជនជាតិដើមទាំងនោះ។ លោកថា ទង្វើរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលវៀតណាម ទាំងអស់នេះ មិនយូរមិនឆាប់ នឹងធ្វើឲ្យខ្មែរក្រោមត្រូវបាត់បង់អត្តសញ្ញាណអក្សរសាស្ត្រជាតិរបស់ខ្លួន។ Mr. Ang Chanrith, executive of the organisation for the protection of the rights of the minority group, said the confiscation of the Khmer textbooks is a violation of the rights of the Khmer Krom people.

The Khmer Vietnamese have too much to ask. It's their government policy to grant approval. Just follow the laws and nothing will happen.
Ah kwaq should tells his Youn counterparts not to confiscated the grammar books from Khmer krom,they just wants to teach their Khmer krom children Khmer's language. Also we should not allow Yuon's school in Cambodia period.Let them illiterate on their own mother's language like they did to our sister Khmer krom.No Yuon school in Cambodia.
The reason the International Community never got involved or helped the Khmer Krom issue was simple:
Khmer extremists were easily exposed with their lies. I investigated myself and saw evidence (youtube clips) showing Vietnam has and allows schools teaching Khmer Vietnamese in Khmer language, grammar, writing.
The problem with the so call Khmer Krom books in grammar and especially the Khmer Krom geography books to teach the Khmer Krom land was the lost land of the Khmers. That's why there are the conflicts between those Khmer extremists and Vietnam government.
How would you feel if I publish articles and books detail the unnatural selection theory in detail using the Khmer race as an example. I would show the Khmer race was once at the center of an empire, but slipped and got sacked repeatedly into a savage race. Constantly got creamed off anyone of talents. Now they are mostly dumb and savage.
You don't like it, do you? I have all the data I need.
_ Currently Cambodian men ranked the highest in the world for wanting to rape, and already raped. (Do a google "Cambodia rape".)
_ Cambodia has the highest rate of brutal killing.
_ Cambodian men are sadistic. Last week, a Cambodian man dug up a grave to rape the body of a dead teenager girl.
_ Cambodian American are low achievers, not known for any achievement but known for being in notorious Asian gangs. In fact, they are being deported back to Cambodia in droves.
_ Cambodia is the only country with thousands and thousands of skulls stacked high on display glasses in all over the country.
_ Khmer posters on Khmer forums are the only known race on the world exhibits killing, murderous remarks.
_ Cambodian folks are violent, lazy and unproductive. When the King Father died, the workers found excuses not to work at the factories and confronted the bosses for pressuring them back to work. One Taiwanese woman boss was almost beaten up by the workers for ripping the picture of the King Father. She was expelled out of Cambodia.
Yet, on this forum, we can read the comments of the Khmer posters, we knew how they think about the Royal family. They wrote about the current King as gay, and the Queen Mother as a whore engaging in nasty deviant sexual acts.
Please Khmer, I read thousand of books and hundred thousand of articles. I know your kinds better than you know yourselves. You must repent now of face God's judgement. God sent the Vietnamese to save and protect your race. Do not anger God or God will send Vietnamese to punish your race.

He should obey the local publication law, instead of distributing without approval. It could happen to other country, not just Vietnam.
In America, UK or Australia you can buy books from anywhere, through Ebay or Amazon, and no one bothers you even if they are published in other countries. Only communist countries like Vietnam do this. I think the intention is to prevent Khmer from studying their own language. This is ethnic genocide - genocide of language and culture.
Khmer citizen should forcefully close-down all Yuon school every corner of our country, and confiscate all learning materials that not in Khmer language, if the Khmer gov't not doing it, because they are so frightened of Yuon thugs.
Let me give you folks an example of subversive political message in a Khmer grammar book. (I am not claiming this actually happened.)
The book could teach this:
"We used to say in Khmer this way when Khmer Krom was still our home land. Now day we say it this way."
Such teaching planted an idea in the children Khmer Krom used to belong to Khmer. And that's wrong.
Khmer conquered Funanese, deported and destroyed all Funanese living in the Mekong area. The land was uninhabited. Later on, the Ming Chinese came and settled in the land. They had Vietnamese wives (from the surplus in the Vietnamese civil war.)
The Ming/Vietnamese mixed folks declared independent when they were pressured by Siam and Cambodia. They were weak, thus they wanted to join Vietnam.
So, that's what's happened. Khmer can claimed all they want. But there are many of them who are living in America on the land which belonged to the native Indians. They kept insulting USA by claiming lands belonging to Indian, to Khmer.
The current world order is this: You don't actually live on the land. You do not have the claim.
This is why USA always treats Cambodia like an unwanted country. If they want to make a deal, they deal with Vietnam and have Vietnam control/deal with Cambodia.
Make that clear. You folks have a habit of insulting everyone around you. Starting with the Korean bosses. Koreans eat dogs just like Vietnamese. You mock the Vietnamese for eating dogs, you insult the Koreans too. Then you turn around and demand the Korean bosses for raise. They will not give you any raise. But they will give Vietnamese garment workers raise at $200 - $350 dollars a month, unskilled and skilled respectively.
Keep on fighting and keep on losing. The Vietnamese are smart, superior, they just keep on working and improving.
In a couple decades Vietnam will progress so far and complete dominate Cambodia economically. Now rescue that. You folks are dumb and inferior to Vietnamese. You do not produce the same quality engineers. Your students cannot compete against the Vietnamese students.
You can compete with me on the forum and see your gap, your inferiority. You should thank me for spending time to expose your true weakness.
