it seem, kem sokhan does not trust SR -
so he is sending his daughter with SR,
America is a super power and is one of the strongest critics of Hun Sen. If America decided that Hun Sen must go, Hun Sen's fate would be like the fate of Saddam Hussein, Gaddafi and Bin Laden.
