Mao Sok Chan was cruelly gunned down on the Kbal Thnal bridge barricaded by police on the 15th of September during the opposition's anti-government protests. Mu Sochua from the opposition CNRP is demanding an independent investigation. Mao Sok Chan was not even a protester. He returned home from work but the road was blocked by the police and the violence broke out and he was shot dead by the police.
