There are too many traffic accidents and traffic deaths, for one part is because the policeman takes bribes.The policeman takes bribes because he could not feed his family with the salary he gets. The salary he gets is only 80% of what he is supposed to get, the 20% is skimmed off by the police chief. The police chief got his position because of his high ranking uncle or father. His uncle or father was put in position by Hun Sen, and Hun Sen was put in power by Hanoi. The dieing fish smell starts from the head. To prevent of stop corruptions, cut the head off !!!
