Koh Tral has never been apart of Vietnam

I feel so outraged at the island-grabbing by the Viet thieves and the
enemy within, namely Hun Sen. Shame on Mr Brevie for putting Koh Tral under the Viet control. If you look at the
American map of Cambodia, it also shows that Koh Tral Island belongs to
Cambodia. Currently, the Island of Koh Tral is considered part of the
Vietnamese province of Hatien. Well, if you read up on the history of
that former Khmer province of Hatien, the Khmer King had allowed a Chinese man named
Maccu to develop the area and even in the Vietnamese history, the
Island of Koh Tral has never been apart of the province of Hatien at
all. Even the late Chinese Premier Chou Enlai said that the island of
Koh Tral is part of Cambodia. I feel so disgusted at Hun Sen, the thug,
who behaves spinelessly with the land-grabbing thieves. We must find a
way to reclaim our island of Koh Tral back. It has always been ours
since the beginning of time, and it ain't going to change any time soon.
We must find ways to get it back from the predatory Viets.

Cambodia can take Vietnam to the International Court to get back Koh Tral

I checked this website called "
Phu Quoc Travel Guide" and it says this:
"After
Cambodia gained independence from France, sovereignty disputes over the
island were raised since there was no colonial decision on the island's
fate. Dating back to 1939, the Goverenor-general of French Indochina,
Jules Brévié had drawn a line to delimiting the administrative
boundaries for islands in the Gulf of Thailand: those north of the line
were placed under the Cambodian protectorate; those south of the line
were managed by the colony of Cochinchina. Brévié made the point that
the decision merely addressed police and administrative task, and that
no sovereignty decision had been made. As a result, Phu Quoc remains
under Cochinchina administration."
It says it right there. The
sovereignty decision of Koh Tral Island had never been made. So this
means we can take Vietnam to the International Court of Justice and let the court
give its decision as to what country should own the island. Hun Sen
really messed up for the Cambodians big time.
Right, please gather all information and take Vietnam to International Court of Justice (ICJ) like we
took Thailand to ICJ, the sooner the better for us Khmer to regain our
island back from Vietnam. Hanoi knew that if Hun Sen is gone, the Cambodian
people will try to reclaim our island back, that's why Vietnam is trying to
kiss Hun Sen and do whatever it can to help Hun Sen stay in
office.
Well, we have to do more research and gather all
information/documentations or old maps during the colonial France era. I've learned in Khmer school that Cambodia has many islands and Koh Tral
is among them.
I've learned in Khmer history back in the day
that Cambodia has Koh Tral, Koh Rong, Koh Sess,
Koh Trolach (Poulo Condore), that's all I
can remember. Koh Tral is the largest one among these islands. Now for Hun Sen to disclaim that island is unpatriotic. Here, Hun Sen has
undoubtedly committed TREASON to his nation of Cambodia.

Koh Tral is my child

I feel as strong as you are. The first time I heard that Koh Tral
was ceded, I felt like I am losing my child.
I told my relative in Srok Khmer about it but they would not believe me because he is a police
chief at that time, maybe in 2001. They think I am out of my mind 'cus I
am his nephew. Too young to know such things, he said. I even brought up the issue with my in-law and they kinda laugh at me like I am some idiot. I just don't
get it about Khmers in Srok Khmer. They either don't care or they just too
uneducated or don't follow the news. But I do know that they have a big
head but small mind. What I mean is that they always brag how great
they are, but in reality they lose to their teeth. Most ordinary Khmers
have no knowledge when it comes to our borders, treaties, military, and
strategic defense of our Srok Khmer. Our leaders need to create a place
where ordinary Khmers can have a voice to have a collective idea so that
our government can implement it to the public. But, no, they too afraid
that the idea can give it to the enemies. But the choice is we can either put
it as a secret file or in the public domain, whatever we think is our good defence decisions that fit for Srok Khmer security. Khmer citizens just don't care about their land
but mostly care about their stomach.

Koh Tral was a no man's island

Koh Tral was a no man's island. The Viets fished and lived there ever
since they marched south. What are you sad and mad about? If you want,
you should include the Khmer Krom. Why do you only stir up emotion on
just this island which Khmers never lived there as a permanent place.

The fact is
Koh Tral belongs to Cambodia

2:11 AM, you right, Koh Tral was a no man's island. The fact is
Koh Tral belongs to Cambodia. It has nothing to do with the people who lived
there, because the Viets who lived on the island are there illegally.
It is like
most of the Viets who lived on the boats around the Great Tonle Sap Lake in
Cambodia. Most of them did not have a real ID as Khmer or Viet. We
Khmer can say that they are real dangerous aliens.
In that case you would
say the country is of course Cambodia's, but the water on the Great Lake
of Tonle Sap is Vietnam's, because there is no Khmer living on the area as boat people?
