PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said Friday that Cambodia had sent defense documents to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) as required.
Ministry spokesman Koy Kuong (pictured) said the file was sent to ask the ICJ to demonstrate its 1962 ruling in Cambodia's favor over 4.6 square kilometers of overlapping land around Preah Vihear Temple.
Thailand has refused to recognize the ruling.
