The pleasant, almost chilly weather that Cambodia residents woke up to yesterday morning should persist today before inching back to the usual heat by Wednesday, according to the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology.
Temperatures will range from 11 to 19 degrees this morning across the country, and people should expect strong wind over the coastal provinces and the sea.
While temperatures will climb up to about 20 degrees on Wednesday morning, wind is still to be expected on the coast. yesterday, temperatures across 11 provinces, including Battambang and Siem Reap in the west and Ratanakkiri and Mondulkiri in the east, fell to lows of 12 to 16 degrees.
The ministry appealed to people to beware of potential health issues caused by the cool weather, particularly for children and the elderly.
