Rainsy: I did not "defame" Heng Samrin; Sihanouk did
០៣ ធ្នូ ២០១៥ / 03 December 2015 - Heng Samrin versus Norodom Sihanouk.
ដោយសារតែខ្ញំុបានបង្ហោះវីដេអូខាងក្រោមនេះ សម្តេច ហេង សំរិន បានប្តឹងខ្ញំុ ថាខ្ញំុបានបរិហាកេរ្តិ៍លោក។ សូមបងប្អូនមើលចុះ ៖ តើខ្ញំុបាននិយាយអ្វីខ្លួនខ្ញុំ ដែលប៉ះពាល់ សម្តេច ហេង សំរិន? អត់ទាល់តែសោះ!
វីដេអូនេះ ថតនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៨៣ គឺក្នុងសម័យ "សាធារណរដ្ឋ ប្រជាមានិត កម្ពុជា" ដែលមានលោកហេង សំរិន ជាប្រមុខរដ្ឋ។ ក្នងការលើកតម្កើងពាក្យ "សាធារណរដ្ឋ" គឺគេបានសម្លាប់ស្តេច តាមផ្លូវនយោបាយ និងផ្លូវចិត្ត រួចទៅហើយ។
Because I posted the attached video on 17 November 2015, Heng Samrin -- as a private citizen and not on behalf of the CPP or any other institution -- has just filed a defamation lawsuit against me. Please judge it by yourselves: did I say anything myself that referred to Heng Samrin or might affect his honour? Not at all !
This video was shot in 1983, at a time when the Vietnamese-backed "People's Republic of Kampuchea" was in place in Cambodia, with Heng Samrin as the nominal head of state. By putting forward the word "Republic" they have already killed the King from a moral and political point of view.

Ah swa Heng samrin should now sue the king father,because he defamed this monkey . At any rate ,in this thuggish regime, they can even sue a death king for defamation .
