THE CULTURE OF DIALOGUE AS A BASIS OF DEMOCRACY
All Cambodians living in Malaysia are invited to meet with Prime Minister Hun Sen and opposition leader Sam Rainsy who will be present together at a special reception held on Saturday 25 April 2015, starting at 16:30, at the Hilton Double Tree Hotel, Maple Room, The Intermark, 348 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. Tel.: +603 2172 7272.
Prime Minister Hun Sen and I want to show that the culture of dialogue works in all circumstances: even when we happen to be abroad together, respectively as prime minister and as opposition leader, we continue to respect each other and to promote national unity by working together for the sake of the nation. It is our hope to see this culture of dialogue also prevail in all friendly countries as evidence of a mature democracy.
Sam Rainsy

Mike,
The stability and growth are only at the surface.
Underneath and in reality, the molds and decays
like termites are actively destroying the Khmer nation
