School of Vice: Whose interests has HS been serving over the last 30 years alone?
PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Prime Minister Hun Sen on Sunday said that draft Law on Non-Government Organizations will be discussed and adopted at Cabinet in May 2015, and the law will be adopted by 50 percent plus one majority vote at the National Assembly.
The premier made comment while he and his wife visited the deaf and blind children at Kruosar Thmey organization.
He praised both national and international civil organizations for their effort to help Cambodia.
Meanwhile, he criticized some people that used NGOs to serve their private interest.
