PHNOM PENH (The Cambodia Herald) -- Prime Minister Hun Sen will lead a delegation to attend the Dialogue on Strengthening Connectivity Partnership and the APEC CEO summit to be held from 7-9 November in Beijing, China, according to a press release issued by Ministry of Foreign Affairs Monday.
The high delegation to accompany the premier will include Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Hor Namhong, Senior Minister and Commerce Minister Sun Chanthol, and Tram Ivtek, Transport Minister, and other members of the Royal Government of Cambodia.
The Dialogue on Strengthening Connectivity Partnership will discuss the opportunities and challenges for closer cooperation on regional connectivity as well as seeking ways and means to together advance cooperation on the "Silk Road economic belt" and the "21st century maritime Silk Road" initiatives, said the statement.
Besides Hun Sen will hold bilateral talk with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Li Yuanchao, vice president of China, and receive Wang Jiarui, vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Ministers of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Community Party of China.
