Let us defend the dignity of abused girls

Dear All,

I have created an online petition to the Cambodian government to back the decision of a court that cut the jail term of a terrible pedophile German man, Karl Heinz Henning Opitz. This man was sent to prison in 2007 for 28 years, but now a court reduced it to 10 years, so he is going to be free in about 2016. 

Now well, this guy have done a terrible deed: he used to buy girls as young as 10 years old to human traffickers. He brought them to his apartment, wore Nazi uniform, tied them, tortured them and rape them in front to a video camera.

5 victims and 2 human traffickers did testimony against this person and the police got many evidences and called it the the master mind of "to be one of the most brutal pedophilia rings uncovered".

Hey, let us rise out voice to defend the dignity of the girls this guy abused without mercy. He was not pity for the girls.28 years in prison is actually too short for this kind of persons. Then a reduction is not justice for the victims.
