District deputy governor from the CPP, named Nhem En, from Oddar Meanchey, has defected to the opposition CNRP 18/5/14 អភិបាលស្រុករងម្នាក់ របស់គណបក្យប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ឈ្មោះញ៉ែម អិន ប្រកាសចូលរួមជាមួយគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិ

Nhem En was a Khmer Rouge photographer at Tuol Sleng Torture from 1975-1979 who defected from the Khmer Rouge movement to the CPP in 1998.
