corruption exist in all form of gov and country ... only here in the US they are a little smarter , they give the bone with some meat attached to the people while they enjoy the steak.... khmer politician on the other hand eat up everything--- meat and bone and won't even throw the left over bone to the people... just pure greed. in the states, member of congress who goes again the grain , will get exposed and the FBI will move in to arrest him/her ... but if he/she chooses to play by their rule they can continue to pretend to care about the people while they screw them from behind... every one of them become millionaire after they reach the '' office ''.
