It is very sad when see this. Pham Von Dong (evil Vietnamese leader in Hanoi) was/is the real trouble maker who created the Khmer Rouges (young Khmer kids as seen on movie clips. Sihanouk has been ousted out of power and under the control of Pol Pot. Pot Pot was toppled by the Vietnamese secret agents led by Pham Van Dong.
