The U.S House of Representatives passed a Resolution calling on Cambodia to launch an investigation into electoral irregularities 16/1/14

១៧ មករា ២០១៤ / 17 Jan. 2014 U.S. House Resolution កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦ មករា ម្សិលមិញនេះ សភាសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក (House of Representatives) បានធ្វើសេចក្តីសម្រេចមួយ ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីជំរុញឲ្យ ៖ ១- មានការស៊ើបអង្កេតត្រឹមត្រូវ ទៅលើភាពមិនប្រក្រតី (ការលួចបន្លំសន្លឹកឆ្នោត) ក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោត ថ្ងៃ ២៨ កក្កដា ២០១៣ ព្រមទាំងតម្រូវឲ្យមានការរៀបចំ គ.ជ.ប. ឡើងវិញ។ បើមិនយ៉ាងដូច្នេះទេ ២- គណបក្សដែលទទួលបានអាសនៈសភា ត្រូវឯកភាពគ្នា ចូលប្រជុំនៅរដ្ឋសភាស្របតាម លក្ខខណ្ឌ និងនិតិវិធី ដូចកំណត់ក្នុងរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ [ត្រូវមានតំណាងរាស្រ្តយ៉ាងតិច ១២០រូប មកពីគណបក្សផ្សេងគ្នា តាមគោលការណ៍នៃលទ្ឋិប្រជាធីបតេយ្យ សេរី ពហុបក្ស ]។ Substance of a Bill related to Cambodia passed on 16 January 2014 by the U.S. House of Representatives: Most military aid to Cambodia has been severely restricted, and other forms of aid are also restricted, unless the State Department can certify that: (1) The current Cambodia government is conducting and implementing, with the concurrence of the political opposition in Cambodia, an independent and credible investigation into irregularities associated with the July 28, 2013 parliamentary elections, and there is comprehensive reform of the National Election Committee; or (2) all parties that won parliamentary seats in the above elections have agreed to join the National Assembly, and the National Assembly is conducting business in accordance with the Cambodian constitution [at least 120 members from at least two parties in line with a system of "liberal and pluralist democracy"].
