The second party was the forced evictions which happened recently.
The guy who cried out for help was Duong Kea, whose house was demolished. Listen to Duong Kea crying was so pity, but than his brain and his nerves system collapse. This tell us that khmer like him is easy to use; therefore, the Vietnamese know our khmers weakness.
