នៅក្នុងសៀវភៅនេះមានដាក់ចំណងជើងថា «កម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្ន» ដែលទំនងជាស្នាដៃរបស់សាស្រ្តាចារ្យមកពីដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់ ទស្សនៈវិជ្ជា រួមមានទាំងលោកបណ្ឌិត ឆយ យីហ៊ាង ដែលជាអតីតប្រធាន ដេប៉ាតេម៉ង់ទស្សនៈវិជ្ជា ផងដែរ។ ក្នុងសៀវភៅនេះ មានរូបផែនទីកម្ពុជា ដោយរួមបញ្ចូលទាំង «កោះត្រល់» ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងដែនដី នៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា យ៉ាងច្បាស់ និងមានកាលបរិច្ឆេទ គឺថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមិនា ឆ្នាំ២០០០ ហើយទទួលស្គាល់ដោយ ហ៊ុន សែន ថែមទៀត។
ជារួម ថ្វីត្បិត ហ៊ុន សែន បានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើ «សន្ធិសញ្ញាទឹកប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តឆ្នាំ១៩៨២» កាត់សមុទ្រ និងកោះត្រល់ឲ្យយួនមែន តែយួន មិនហ៊ានយកជាផ្លូវការទេ ដោយកាលនោះមានប្រទេស ថៃ សហគមអាស៊ាន និងប្រទេសសិង្ហបូរីជំទាស់នឹងការចូលមកកាន់កាប់របស់យួន។ តែយួនហ៊ានយកជាផ្លូវការ និងចូលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទាំងស្រុងបន្ទាប់ពី ហ៊ុន សែន ចុះហត្ថេលខាលើ «សន្ធិសញ្ញាបំពេញបន្ថែមឆ្នាំ២០០៥» នេះដែលជាការទទួលស្គាល់សិទ្ធិរបស់យួនសារ ជាថ្មី និងជាពិសេសមានព្រះហស្ថលេខាព្រះមហាក្សត្រឡាយ យល់ព្រមបន្ថែមទៀត និងរួមទាំងរដ្ឋសភាខ្មែរផង (បញ្ជាក់៖កាលនោះសមាជិកសភាបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី ទាំងអស់បានដើរចេញ មិនចូលរួមអនុម័តយល់ព្រមទេ លើកវាតែ ខឹម វាសនា ម្នាក់គត់)។
យើងក៏ចាំដែរកាលនោះ សម្តេចតា នរោត្តមសីហនុមិនព្រមឡាយព្រហស្ថលេខាទេ ហើយទ្រង់ដឹងមុន ទ្រង់ក៏សម្រេចព្រះទ័យដាក់រាជ្យ។ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រថ្មី ព្រះបាទនរោត្តមសីហមុនីទ្រង់ក៏មិនព្រមដែរ តែពេលនោះ ហ៊ុន សែន បានព្រមានរំលាយរបបរាជានិយមចោលបើស្តេចមិនព្រមចុះហត្ថលេខាយល់ព្រម។
កាលនោះ ហ៊ុន សែន មិនត្រឹមតែគំរាមរំលាយរបបរាជានិយមទេ គឺ ហ៊ុន សែន បានគំរាមខ្មែរទាំងឡាយណាដែលប្រឆាំងនឹងសន្ធិសញ្ញាកាត់ដី កាត់កោះ កាត់សមុទ្រនោះឲ្យយួនថែមទៀត។ ជាក់ស្តែងការចាប់លោក រ៉ុង ឈុន និងលោក ម៉ម សូណង់ដូ ដាក់គុក រីឯរូបខ្ញុំ ត្រូវបានគម្រាមសំលាប់ និងមិត្តភ័ក្ររួមការងារជាច្រើនទៀតដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនិស្សិត សង្គមស៊ីវិល ត្រូវបានក្រុមរដ្ឋាភិបាល ហ៊ុន សែន តាមចាប់ខ្លួនគ្រប់ទីកន្លែងព្រោះតែបានរិះគន់លើរឿងនេះ។
គិតទៅ ហ៊ុន សែន ពិតជាព្យាយាមអស់ពីសមត្ថភាពដើម្បីបម្រើយួន ពិតប្រាកដមែន កុំថាឡើយត្រូវលះបង់អ្វីក៏ មិនខ្លាចដែរ។ ពិតជាអាយ៉ងដាច់ថ្លៃមែន!
ចុងក្រោយសូមផ្តាំ ហ៊ុន សែន ថាឈប់បោកប្រាស់ពួកយើងថាកោះនេះបាត់តាំងពីសម័យសម្តេចតាទៀត ឲ្យសោះ ព្រោះក្នុងសៀវនេះ ដែល ហ៊ុន សែន បានទទួលស្គាល់ និងសៀវភៅមេរៀនភូមិវិទ្យាខ្មែរសម័យរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា ដែល ហ៊ុន សែន ដឹកនាំ ក៏បានបញ្ជាក់ច្បាស់ដែរថា កោះត្រល់ជារបស់ខ្មែរយ៉ាងពិតប្រាកដដែរ។

We all know that Ah kwang officially gave Hoh Tral to Vietnam
in 2005, and perhaps close to the end of his reign at the age of 70 or 75 he'll sign another official document to give the whole country of Cambodia to Vietnam, so these are the type of examples that Sihanouk had done before him. We also known that in the mid of the 20th century Sihanouk gave up Kampuchea Krom to yuons quietly without a fight in exchange with the promise of the French Government to crown him as the king of Cambodia. That was all the pre-arrangement before the vote in the French Parliament to hand that territory over to Vietnam. In respect of giving up right of land ownership to yuons,both Sihanouk and Hun Sen had assumed that they had an absolute power entrusted on them to do whatever they like with the land such as committing their lives to work for the great Vietnam. It is so sad, but anyway when one day we became like Chams we would unite and fight for our mass grave and rally all dead people in hell to free our land back. Now we are still a lot better compared to Chams, although our king doesn't commit to our common goal of Justice, we still worship him as a guy from haven and we also hope that someday before yuon take fully control of our land another Jayavarman VII will emerge to save us, then we will all be as strong as we were in Angkor era.
