Hun doesn't mind to give away land and sea to Hanoi,why does he mind to use state money for his father funeral,This show clealy how he views Cambodia as his property and he sees himself as the supreme ruler.
The sad thing for Hun is that in his small world he truly believes that crocodiles' tears from former Thai PM Thaksin and Vietnamese PM Nguyen Tan Dung do truly feel sympathy to his father death of old age?
All of his foolishness has shown to the world,but not to himself.

Hey, Hun Sen , don't spend the state money or national budget for the death of your father because he does not deserve it. Hun Sen and his clan have no right to spend a penny of the nation for their private matters.
