Don't think, this is a good way to do your politic. You should send that kind of letter, by asking the US Embassy in Phnom Penh to hand over this letter to the person, whom you want to contact. In this case are the US congress member. As we all know, the US has their representing in Cambodia. The US Embassy is not only represent the US government but also all the US citizen included the member of the US congress. You should ask someone, who has some experiences and know the international protocol. The way you did, you only make enemy with the US Embassy in Phnom Penh. ពាក្យស្លោកខ្មែរថា យើងបោះសន្ទូចរម្លងភ្នំ ។
I am very sorry for my above comment 23 November 2012 5:35 AM, because I can’t read all from your letter (my PC is for the size of letter was too small,) before I posted my comment.
