Wow 75 years old man still have the strength to climb the mountain to cut doyen tree with is son? That's amazing. I feel bad for them that they stepped on land mine and the son lost his life, but is amazed and surprised with the age of the injured father. For many cambodian men in cambodia when they reach 60 they are not in good health or physical condition because the lack of nutrition and food.
My heartfelt condolences to the family.
I am sad to hear that the son died and the father, old man 75 years old, got severe injury in this accident.
I am sure they were poor and desperate. I can't imagine how much Cham Nguk,Father, suffered in mind and body to see his son died, without help, in front of his eyes,in a lonely place. It's a tragic plight.
Most of the vital assets of the nation have been sold and stolen, that what make so many Khmer people going abroad for stupid jobs and peanut wages.
We have to see the cause and effect of the problem.
