There it is, just as someone said it earlier. Everytime Chinese delegate visit Cambodia, Vietnamese delegate is not too far behind. Don't be a Paranoid Hanoi, there is nothing Vietnam can do to stop China influencing Cambodia. Hell, this might be Hun Sen way of taking shackles off his ankles from Hanoi. China is trying to be much closer to China as Vietnam is trying to be closer and kissing up to America, visa versa. Not too long ago they were enemies. Imagine that, yesterday your'e my enemy, today you're my friend? Thess dogs have no honor, as long as they have a piece of bone. Just remember, if and when there is war between China and America, don't think China will have mercy for any Asian allies of America.
