SRP rejects Judge Oeung Sieng's decision on its rights to expel party members

Note from an anonymous reader: Recently, the Phnom Penh Court accepted a complaint filed by the dismissed MP of Takeo of Sam rainsy Party; the court treated the complaint as an administrative matter (jurisdictional justification).

This is not an administrative (law) matter , it is rather an equity one. Interestingly enough, back in 1994 when Sam Rainsy filed a complaint with the Court seeking redress for his expulsion from the national assembly, the Court stated that it had no jurisdiction to hear his complaint.
