ក្រោយការបោះឆ្នោតអាណត្តិទី៥នេះ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានបញ្ជាឲ្យមន្ត្រីរបស់ខ្លួនរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា ដើម្បីប្រមូលគំនិតរបស់មន្ត្រីជំនាញ ដើម្បីធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់ការបោះឆ្នោត តែលោកមិនបានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនថា ត្រូវធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់ដោយរបៀបណាទេ។ ចំណែគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិទាមទារឲ្យធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់ ការបោះឆ្នោត ទាក់ទងនិតីវិធីមួយ និងប្តូរសមាសភាពថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះទាំង៩នៅពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះចេញ ព្រោះថា អ្នកទាំងនោះធ្វើការលំអៀងទៅរកគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា៕

Why asked Japon for NEXT election reforms? Why don't he ask to solve [vote irregularity] in election just past Jully,2013? Hun sen needs to stop being so arrogance because Siam thieves didn't respect him or look at him as a serious PM,Siam thieves playing GAMES with him about Preah Vihea judgement that ICJ award to Cambodia but Siam thieves refused to withdrow their troops from our land,why because they (Siam thieves) know that if they play more games Hun sen may gives in,they have seen Hun sen gaves in for Yuon so Siam thieves is trying to play the same game.Its time for Hun sen to go,his credibility and credential is gone,our neighbor countries didn't respect Cpp Hun sen anymore.

Ah Kwak pretends to be a foolish guy by asking Japanese Prime Minister to help him in the next election reforms. In fact he has all the tricks in his sleeve. He is so good at acting like a canning fox. If he is honest and sincere he should have had the election rules changed and adopted by the 18 recommendations from the UN envoy 3 months prior to the 28th of July election. He just wants to hang on power until one day the rope will hang him high in the public square by the Phnom Don Penh.
