Mr. Sam Rainsy and Mr. Kem Sokha, on behalf of the CNRP supporters should mobelize the international community, namely the UN, the EU, the US and major doner countries to impose sanctions against Hun Sen, his family, and his cronies.

The sanctions will be targeted only at Hun Sen and his machine, not the Khmer people.
If implemented correctly, all his assets, including those millions, and his war machine,the one he always relies on to stay in power will be frozen and emasculated.
