Prime Minister Hun Sen told an audience of about 5,000 people in
Kompong Cham province Thursday that his oldest son, Hun Manet, was
probably born from a powerful spirit that revealed itself as a flashing
light that shot out of a Banyan tree and passed over Mr. Hun Sen’s house
at the very moment his son entered the world.
“Manet may be the child of the Neak Ta Anchanh Koh Thmar,” Mr. Hun
Sen said, referring to a spirit that is worshipped at an altar under a
Banyan tree in Memot district’s Koh Thmar village, where Mr. Hun Sen
spoke, and where his wife Bun Rany gave birth to Mr. Manet in 1978.

I remembered vividly that when Hun Manet was born there were dozen beautiful young girls surrounded, testing his @#!$&*, whether it works or not at puberty. Well it works perfectly fine. There was also bright light at Banyan tree during his still and after born because the flashlights were used as he was born under the tree at at night time.

According to Khmer belief , the spirit on any big tree is the enemy of people . The spirit
is called banshee which brings illness & destruction to people who don't bring offering
( bribe ) . Hun Manet was sure born from the wicked spirit on Banyan tree ; he has
grown up in the wealthy environment & benefited from corruption which he will inherit
from his father .
Sound fair because Nak Ta is corrupted spirit,in Cambodia if you don't pay offering to Nak Ta whenever you walk near their hut or tree,Nak Ta will make you sick called Nak Ta's katch.In Cpp Hun. sen regime you have to pay bribes to do business with kingdom otherwise, your business will have protection from extortion of Cpp thugs like Hun To,Hun Sophea and many of Hun's clans that writing to get their offering from your business in their kingdom.

The spirit Hun Sen was talking about was probably a bad spirit. In the old days people believe in forest spirit and animism. So Neak Ta is a forest spirit and animistic god. People always associated Neak Ta with bad spirit, coming to do bad things to them. In the Cambodian countryside in the old days, almost in every house, there were Ktorm Neak Ta or spirit house. People built these houses to please or to appease Neak Ta not to harm them or to bring them sickness or bad luck.
Another belief is that when people see a flash light flying over their houses or coming out of big trees, especially the banyan trees, they believe the lights are from the monster/evil spirit called "Preay Kongtorng Kheav", "Arb" or "Preay Beisach". People in the countryside are very scared of these lights. If these lights flew over their houses or out of a big tree near their houses, they have to hold a ceremony to make offerings to these spirits to appease them not to harm their family in anyway.
So, the flash light that flew out of the banyan tree in Memot that Mr. Hun Sen was talking about was was probably the light of the "preay kontorng kheav" or "arb" or "preay beisach", which were monsters or evil spirit. This is not a good sign for Hun Manet because people will consider him to be born from an evil spirit. No good too for Cambodian either to have a monster or evil as the future leader of Cambodia.
No surprise ! Hun Sen IQ is so low for he cannot tell the difference between the
spirit of Angel and the spirit of Evil . The light from the Banyan tree is believed to
be from the Evil spirit , whereas the light from Buddhist Temple or from the Royal
Palace , superstitious people believe that it's from the Angel .
Yeah! Banyan trees always possess by evils spirit of preay kuntong Kiev or Yeay Arb that come on at night to eat what is left over from the person who just having baby in Khmer called Sox or sronorm koun ka'jey.
Maybe the spirit of preay kro'lar pleoung that bright light flew around the cottage hut that Hun sen was talking about,his son wasn't Nak mean Bonn like Hun sen thought but he maybe just another evil one like him.
Legend said:preay kro'lar pleoung always come to eats blood that come out with the baby thatwise the put spike/thorn to protect the place where mother and the baby was sleeping on the top of hot fire that burnt with woods in the village people did this for century.
Hun sen is very unreasonable person to think that those light was from angel or NakTa.I am 100% sure according legend that those light was a Preay kro'lar pleoung or preay kuntong Kiev or perhaps Yeay Arb,especially when people just having a baby Yeay Arb always come to eats blood that come out with baby.The birds,the lights around Banyan trees,NakTa spirit...What's next Mr lo'IQ pm?

Hun Sen humbugged to promote his son ; according to his statement on the book
" Hun Sen , The strongman of Cambodia " , the Khmer Rouge Angkar separated
Hun Sen from his pregnant wife , later on he sneak into Vietnam .
When Hun Manet was born , Hun Sen watched the light flying from Memot Banyan tree , from his jail cell in Vietnam ?
This face is symbol face of youn invader. It is so pathetic and disgusted face.
That is the importance of democracy. Otherwise, the Khmer leader still look down on their own people.
