Japan Provides More Assistance for Bayon Temple Restoration

AKP, Phnom Penh, February 16, 2012 –The Government of Japan will provide US$2.5 million in aid plus Cambodia’s national budget of US$500,000 through Apsara Fund for the safeguarding of Bayon Temple (pictured) phase IV.

The agreement on the safeguarding of the above-mentioned temple between the Royal Government of Cambodia and UNESCO was signed here on Monday by Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers H.E. Sok An and Representative of UNESCO to Cambodia, Mr. Phillippe Delanghe.

Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia H.E. Masafumi Kuroki was also present on the occasion.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, H.E. Sok An profoundly thanked the government and people of Japan and UNESCO for their precious assistance to promote social development, especially to safeguard and restore Cambodia’s cultural heritage.

The similar thing is as, CPP will allow yuons to come in more and more into Cambodia to just not let the Opposition win the election!! Do you see how dirty politicians play with dirt?

Don't get me wrong friend, you and I just exercise our right of free speech but the best way of attacking CPP is to find out with facts of their corruption then blast them head on.We help Cambodia too by doing so. By criticizing CPP from left and right, who know,CPP might spend the money from tourist revenue to bribe DAP,KS,KT,PPP etc...to write good article to counter your criticism.

Building needed caring, protecting and managing.
