Thai PM Yingluck Shinawatra and her delegation arrived in Phnom Penh at 3:40 Pm today, 15th September 2011.

Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong said the one-hour meeting between the visiting Thai PM Yingluck Shinawatra and Cambodian PM Hun Sen has resulted in many agreements.
Mr. Hor Namhong said the agreements include on the issues of good cooperation and developments, trades, tourism and border issues between the two countries.
During the discussion, Ms. Yingluck made a request for Thai trade expo to be held in Phnom Penh and Prime Minister Hun Sen agreed with the request. The Thai PM had also requested for the release of the two jailed Thais, Veera Somkwamkid and Ratree Pipatanapaiboon, but PM Hun Sen replied that he is still examining their cases and that the Cambodian government will make a royal request to get their sentences reduced, saying that the Cambodian government must respect the Cambodian laws which said that convicted prisoners must serve two-thirds of their sentences before eligible for a royal pardon.
In relation to border issues, PM Hun Sen asked that Thai and Cambodian commanders posted on the border should meet regularly to create a friendly atmosphere in order to reduce tensions. He also proposed that both sides need to re-adjust their military presence on the border.
Mr. Hor Namhong said Cambodia cannot withdraw troops from the 4.6sq km because it is Cambodian territory, but said that Cambodia respects the provisional decision of the International Court of Justice which ordered both sides to withdraw troops from the disputed territory, but with the presence of the Indonesian observers.
PM Hun Sen told Ms. Yingluck that former Thai Deputy PM Suthep Thaugsuban had held secret talks with Cambodia on 26th June 2009 on the maritime overlapping claim area. He asked that both Cambodia and Thailand enter an open discussion on the issue based on the 2001 MOU signed between the two countries.
Mr. Hun Sen also suggested that Cambodian and Thai ministries of interior and provincial authorities along the border should hold frequent talks to resolve cross border and transnational human trafficking.
Mr. Hun Sen had requested for the opening of more border checkpoints, especially the proposed Stung Bot Checkpoint near Poipet, to facilitate border trades between the two countries.
In relation to the issue of the disputed land surrounding the Temple of Preah Vihear, Mr. Khieu Kanharith, Cambodian Minister of Information, said the Thai PM had reiterated that Thailand will abide by the decision of the International Court of Justice.

លោក ហោ ណាំហុង បានបញ្ជាក់ទៀតថា មេដឹកនាំទាំងពីរបានឯកភាព លើវិស័យផ្សេងៗ ធ្វើឲ្យមានកិច្ចប្រតិបត្តិការល្អ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងនោះ មានវិស័យពាណិជ្ចកម្ម ទេសចរណ៍ និងបញ្ហាព្រំដែនជាដើម។ លោកស្រី យីងឡាក់ បានស្នើដល់ភាគីកម្ពុជា ឲ្យបើកការតាំងពិព័រណ៍កម្ពុជា-ថៃ ហើយជាការឆ្លើយតប សម្តេចបានឯកភាព ។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកស្រ្តី យីងឡាក់ ក៏បានលើកឡើងករណីទណ្ឌិតថៃ២រូប ដែលកំពុងជាប់ឃុំឃាំង នៅកម្ពុជា ប៉ុន្តែសម្តេចហ៊ុន សែន ឆ្លើយតបទៅវិញថា កំពុងតែពិនិត្យមើល ហើយអាចស្នើទៅព្រះមហាក្សត្រ ដើម្បីឲ្យបន្ធូបន្ថយទោសជាជំហ៊ានៗ ពីព្រោះរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ត្រូវតែគោរពច្បាប់របស់កម្ពុជា។
ទាក់ទិនទៅនឹងបញ្ហាព្រំដែន សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន បានស្នើឲ្យកងទ័ពទាំងពីរជួបគ្នា ដើម្បីបង្កបរិយាកាសកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ ហើយត្រូវមានការសម្របសម្រួលកងទ័ព នៅព្រំដែនរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។
លោក ហោ ណាំហុង បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ថា យើងមិនអាចដកថយចេញពីតំបន់ ៤.៦ ដែលជាដីរបស់យើងនោះទេ ហើយយើងធ្វើតាមការបង្គាប់បញ្ជារបស់តុលាការ ក្រុងឡាអេ ដោយមានវត្តមានឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី។
សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏បានលើកឡើងពីការលួចចរចាដោយសម្ងាត់ ទាក់ទិននឹងតំបន់ត្រួតស៊ីគ្នានៅតំបន់ដែនសមុទ្រ របស់អតីតនាយករដ្ឋនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី អាប់ភីស៊ីត ដែលបានបញ្ជូន ស៊ូថេប មកចរចា ដោយសម្ងាត់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០០៩។ សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន បានស្នើឲ្យភាគីទាំងពីរចរចារឿងនេះ ដោយចំហ តាមរយៈ MOU ឆ្នាំ២០០១ និងយន្តការដែលមានស្រាប់។
សម្តេច ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏ស្នើឲ្យអាជ្ញាធរខេត្តនៅតាមព្រំដែន ជួបពិភាក្សាគ្នា ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជួញដូរមនុស្ស និងបទល្មើសផ្សេងៗ ក្នុងន័យនេះ ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃទាំងពីរ អាចរៀបចំបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំ។

After all the fighting...last couple years, cambodian bravery warriors had whip Thai's Ass real bad! I do believed now that Thailand will show some respects toward Cambodian from now on,...cuz Thailand has look down on cambodian like dirt..

Thailand will abide by ICJ decision. That is really nice. Cambodia should be nice to itself too, I meant Cambodian Court of Justice should be what it should be! Remember KAMMA! Do justice to poor Khmer populace then ICJ will do justice to poor Cambodia. Is this "Just" enough and do I make myself clear? Kind of warning you heh!
