Five people have been incinerated and killed on the scene and another 10 were seriously injured in a horrific accident on the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Highway at 9:45 a.m on Saturday morning.
The vehicles involved in the accident exploded on impact when a truck carrying a group of musicians hit a tuk-tuk carrying gasoline and passengers travelling in the opposite direction at Andong Thmor commune in Prey Noup district of Preah Sihanouk province.
According to witnesses, a group of 12 musicians were travelling to perform for a wedding at an acacia plantation in Preah Sihanouk province. When a Hyundai truck carrying them reached Prey Noup area it invloved in a head on collision with a tuk-tuk carrying gasoline travelling in the opposite direction. Both vehicles exploded on impact, incinerating many passengers to death. Five people died on impact, including 21-year female sing Phuong Sanika, who died after being thrown out of the vehicle and her sister, 20 year-old Phuong Mara was incinerated to death, 22 year-old Mr. So Sareth died in the hospital the next day and Neak Sarath, alias Vath, a tut-tuk drive was also killed when his tuk-tuk was hit, cut in half and dragged hundreds of metres along the highway. Another unidentified person has also been killed. 10 other people were seriously injured and suffered horrific burns.
In another development, CEN reported that on the same day a truck carrying textile workers has crashed in Phnom Penh injuring 14 workers. The report said that the truck was transporting workers from Korng Pisey district in Kampong Speu province to work at a textile factory in Phnom Penh when the truck veered off the highway and overturned, seriously injuring 14 workers. All the injured have been sent to Choam Chao and Angkor Hospitals in Phnom Penh.

For me I hear so much of accidents everyday in Cambodia and I just have to say that I'm shocked and think that town planning and regulation can make a community safer. I'm just disappointed with the way local government carry out their community development, if there is any.
Why do Kos Trol, sea and lands proximately over 10 000 km2 have been lost to Vietnam by who treaty? Why don’t Cambodia goverment transparencies explain to Cambodia army at front line and the whole nation about this? Why don't they include this into education system? Why?
Cambodian armies are fighting at front line for 4.6 km2 and what's about over 10 000km2 of Cambodia to Vietnam. Nobody dare to talk about it! Why? Cambodian armies you are decide the fate of your nation, Cambodian army as well as Cambodian people must rethink about this again and again. Is it fair?

Cambodian army at front line as well as all Cambodian people must rethink again about these issues. Are Cambodian army fighting to protect the Cambodia Nation or protect a very small group that own big lands, big properties or only protecting a small group rather in the real name of protecting Khmer nation?
Cambodian army at front line suffer under rain, wind, bullets, bombs, lack of foods, lack of nutrition, their families have no health care help, no securities after they die but a very small group eat well, sleep well, sleep in first class hotel with air conditioning with young girls message, have super health care from oversea medical treatment, they are billionaires, millionaires who sell out the country to be rich and make Cambodian people suffer everyday as Cambodian people know already.
Who signed the treaty 1979-1985 that result lost over 10 000 km2 of Cambodia??? Why don't they transparency inform all Cambodian and Cambodian army at front line about these issues? Why don't include Kos Trol (Kos Trol size is bigger than the whole Phom Phen and bigger than Singapoor with heap of great natural resources) in education system in Cambodia.
Look at Hun Sen families, relatives; friends are billionaires, millionaires where do they get the money from if we all just get out of war with empty hands? Hun Sen always say in his speech Cambodia just get up from war, just get up from Zero with empty hands and how come they are billionaires, millionaires but 90% innocent Cambodian people are so poor struggling with living every day.

Au Cambodge , le code de route les gens ne respectent pas beaucoup ,les accidents de circulation , il y en a tous les jours.
Pour doubler , ils klaxonnent , des voitures de volant à droite et en plus il y a de plus en plus de circulation...

OMG,this is shocking.. In our country if you look around you will see a lot shocking accident and disaster are waiting to happen. Look at how gasoline kept and sold in some houses and look at how packed truck or car people traveling in, and it's very funny how a driver get fined for not seat belt while those packed have nothing but god to hold on to.
